SingleSource Property Solutions is currently seeking property preservation contractors in ME, NH, and upstate NY. Responsibilities of the Position:
Work may include but is not limited to:
• ReKey
• Debris Removal/Trash Out
• Lawn Maintenance
• Repairs
• Violations / Insurance Management
• Flooring
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Winterization
Our “must haves” are as follows:
• Must have vehicle, tools, equipment, computer/smart phone, and supplies
• Must have Aspen Grove background check
• Must be insured with general liability
• Must be able to adhere to specific turnaround times and exhibit excellent communication
