Seeking Experienced Property Preservation Contractors ASAP!

BPP is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in Elko, Spring Creek, and Clark County, Nevada. You must have experience in property preservation with MCS or other national preservation company.
You also must have the following:
-able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
-valid drivers license with auto insurance
-general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
-must be able to use Pruvan
-must be able to utilize email
-must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision
-must be reliable, honest, qualified, dependable, and hard-working
-must be able to photograph results with smartphone or camera that can and provide "same angle" before, during and after photos of the results
Subcontractors will need these supplies on hand to complete work orders:
- Generator
- Winterization supplies (RV antifreeze, zip ties, air compressor, hose, etc.)
- A truck used for taking away debris/junk
- Lock boxes, knob locks, keys, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, etc.
- Basic household cleaning tools and supplies
- Minor home repair supplies (for replacing dry wall, window boarding, etc.)
- Lawn equipment
80% of work orders include lock changes, trashouts, inspections, maid services, initial cleaning, grass cuts, pool cleaning/closing, shrub/tree trimming, board ups, handyman services, install carbon monoxide-smoke detector, dry winterization, etc.
