Redfox Solution LLC is a reputable and growing property preservation and renovation company dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the condition of residential and commercial properties. We are seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors and Licensed Contractors to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

**Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

-Minor property repairs and maintenance.
-Trash-outs and debris removal.
-Janitorial services.
-Rehab, repairs, and other property preservation tasks.
-Recurring grass cuts and snow removals.
-Securing properties through lock change and boarding.
-Winterization of properties.
-Coordinating and performing services related to licensed contracting, such as roofing, electric, plumbing, mold remediation, and more.

**Requirements
To be considered for this position, potential vendors and contractors must meet the following criteria:

-Possess an active Aspen Grove ABC number.
-Maintain General Liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million.
-Have access to necessary equipment and supplies, including bank-coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, building supplies, tarps, antifreeze, and other relevant materials.

-Proficiency in completing basic preservation services.
-Ability to meet photographic and documentation requirements for each work order with precision.
-Capability to provide estimates for damages discovered at properties, with a keen eye for bid opportunities.
