We are a property management company that covers all of NY state. We provide bidding opportunities on commercial properties and we also provide property preservation work. At the time of this ad we are seeking contractors in the eastern part of NY. Albany, Duchess, etc. We offer $25-$30 per grass cut and snow removal for P&P orders.
We are seeking contractors that are punctual and can ensure their orders are completed within the due dates. We use PPW & PPW Mobile. Our goal as a company is to set our vendor network up with a system where they can complete the order in the field and be done after syncing your photos. UPM offers full back end services, invoicing, bidding, order acquisition & more.
