Seeking Property Preservation Contractors & Field Inspectors

SingleSource Property Solutions is currently seeking property preservation contractors around KY.
SingleSource Property Solutions is a nationwide asset management and property preservation company based in Pittsburgh, PA. We work as a service provider to many of the nation’s largest loan servicing entities to maintain REO properties until a buyer is located. We are looking to recruit vendor partners to assist us with completing services in a timely manner.
Services may include but are not limited to:
• Lock Changes
• Debris Removal / Trash Out
• Lawn Maintenance / Snow Removal
• Repairs
• Violations / Insurance Management
• Roofing
• Winterization
Our “must haves” are as follows:
• Must have vehicle, tools, equipment, computer/smart phone, and supplies
• Must have Aspen Grove background check
• Must be insured with general liability
All services completed and approved from the 1st through the 15th of the month will be sent for processing the next business day. Services completed the 16th through the end of the month will be processed on the 1st business day of the next month.
