Charismatic Property Preservation LLC is looking for independent local field representatives/contractors & handymen with experience in Property Preservation, Maintenance & Lawn care jobs to Manage Vacant/Foreclosed Properties on behalf of Banks and 3rd party Clients. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to not only showcase your expertise but expand in other areas as well due to the variety of tasks below:

Landscaping/Overgrowth Removal
Securing/Lock Changes/Boarding
Carpentry
Debris Removal
Sales Clean/Maid Refresh
Winterization/De-winterization
Roof repair/ replace / tarp installation
Plumbing repairs
Pool Tarp/ securing & servicing
Mold Remediation
Drywall Repair/Replace
Demolition
Painting
Hazard Removal

These are some of the most popular projects we get, please be advised you don't have to possess all the skills mentioned above but having the knowledge certainly helps.

Requirements:
Valid ABC number (Only the preservation contractor will know what this is) or willing to take a background check.
General Liability , E&O and Workers Compensation Insurance if required by the State
Valid Driver License
Ability to take clear photos of work requirements
Reliable vehicle, truck and trailer are highly recommended

Payments:
We pay weekly or even up front as long as we have enough photos to justify the work is done properly and assuming in case of any correction arises you will remediate the correction order asap.

Payment Methods: Direct Deposit or any convenient Payment Method.
