MJ Works LLC hiring in All areas across Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Local and regional crews welcome. Work available in urban, suburban, and rural counties throughout all 6 states., multiple states.
We are actively seeking experienced and reliable property preservation crew members and subcontractors to join our growing team covering AR, MS, MO, OK, TN, and TX.
Services needed include:
• Lawn maintenance & recurring grass cuts
• Debris removal & trash-outs
• Board-ups & window/door securing
• Lock changes & re-keys
• Initial & recurring property inspections
• Winterizations & de-winterizations
• Minor interior & exterior repairs
• Pool securing & maintenance
• Mold remediation (if certified)
• Snow removal (MO/AR/TN applicable)
Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to take clear, timestamped before/after photos
• Experience with HUD/FHA guidelines is a plus
• Familiarity with platforms such as PPW or similar work order systems preferred
• Must be able to complete work orders within required timeframes
• General liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Own crew or solo operators both welcome
