We are seeking property preservation pros to join our team in Mississippi . All work completed by Wednesday will be paid on Friday ! Payment is weekly paid out on Fridays! We have work orders ready to assign as long you have the listed requirements .
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
Inspections
•Lawn maintenance/bi-weekly grass cuts
•Snow removal
•Janitorial/maid services/clean-ups
•Winterization
•Submitting bids for minor & major repairs
•Initial secures/lock changes/rekey (within allowable for additional work on the spot)
•Completing minor & major repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc.)
•Debris removal/trash outs/hazard removal
•Mold remediation
•Board-ups/re-glaze
•Evictions
•General handyman work
•Taking clear pictures.
Requirements:
1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work.
**Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, Air Compressor and Winterization Equipment, Smartphone/Tablet with Data Plan, Basic Hand Tools, Locks, etc.
2. General Liability Insurance
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
4.Valid ID for in which the state you are located
