Seeking Property Preservation Sub-Contractors
ECO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT hiring in Erie, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Stark, Mahoning, Trumbull, Portage, Huron, Ashland, Wayne, OH

All contractors must have the skills, equipment, & capital to complete the following work types:
• Winterizations.
• Debris Removal/Trash-Outs (small and large scale).
• Securing Properties (lock changes, boarding, reglazing).
• Landscape (grass cuts, shrub/tree trimming)
• Roof Patching/Repair
• Additional types of work: maid service, drywall repair, flooring repair, eviction services.
Other requirements:
• You must have reliable transportation i.e. truck, van.
• Smart Phone, computer, internet access.
• You must either have or be willing to obtain a self-run background check through Aspen Grove.
• You must either have or be willing to obtain General Liability insurance, E&O insurance, workers comp.
• Experience preferred with PPW, Pruvan, Aspen Iproperty, SafeView Preserve.
