Area 3- Oneida, Madison, Chenango
Area 4- Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis
Area 5- Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston
Area 6- Tioga, Cortland, Tompkins, Broome
Area 7- Orange, Sullivan, Ulster
Area 8- St Lawrence

We break our counties into areas to guarantee coverage for our clients and keep you busy with profitable work orders. If you cannot cover a whole area, no worries, still reach out to us.

We are offering bonuses and incentives to reward for those who are completing work in time.


Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Roof repair and replacement.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization/Dewinterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Maid Service
- Trash outs/Debris Removal
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number and the equipment necessary to receive work from the company along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.

Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1,000,000
