Seeking Property Preservation Sub-Contractors (Ohio)

• Winterizations.
• Debris Removal/Trash-Outs (small and large scale).
• Securing Properties (lock changes, boarding, reglazing).
• Landscape (grass cuts, shrub/tree trimming)
• Roof Patching/Repair
• Additional types of work: maid service, drywall repair, flooring repair, eviction services.
Other requirements:
• You must have reliable transportation i.e. truck, van.
• Smart Phone, computer, internet access.
• You must already have a valid ABC number through Aspen Grove.
• You must already have General Liability insurance, E&O insurance, workers comp.
• You must already have experience with PPW, Aspen Iproperty, SafeView Preserve.

Pay is per order and every Friday.
