Seeking Qualified Property Preservation Contractors

LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED PRESERVATION AGENTS –

Sand Castle Field Services is currently offering the unique experience to become an Independent Property Preservation Contractor within the following states:

Alabama - Arkansas - Illinois - Indiana - Iowa - Kansas - Louisiana - Michigan - Minnesota - Missouri - Nebraska - North Dakota - Ohio - South Dakota - Texas - Utah - Wisconsin

Do you meet these requirements?
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the property preservation field
• Experience with investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA)
• Access to your own equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Access to the Internet
• Ability to meet mandatory deadlines
• Access to a digital camera and smart phone
• A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.


Must be able to perform the following services:
• Lock Changes
o Requires agent to have or be able to acquire specific HUD key codes & alpha and numeric lock boxes
• Winterizations
o On all types of heating systems dry, wet, steam
o Requires agent to have ability to complete thawing if applicable
• Debris and Trash Removals
o Requires agent to provide dump receipts as applicable
• Lawn Care / Snow Removal
o Requires agent be able to complete bi-weekly lawn care
o Requires agent be able to complete snow removal as applicable over 3”
• Bid Requests
o Requires agent to provide supporting documentation to support all bids
• Boarding
o Requires agent to board openings per local regulations and investor guidelines
• General Repairs
o Requires agent to have ability to work with 3rd party vendors, if applicable
• All Services
o Based on client & investor guidelines
o Required to have supporting photo documentation to support work completed including, but not limited to, showing before, during and after photos of services completed

All qualified applicants must meet our insurance and background check requirements. You would be the face of our clients and are expected to maintain the utmost professionalism at all times.

Sand Castle also offers several other services:

Exterior Inspections: Includes a brief exterior inspection of the property to assess the general condition and occupancy of the home. You are expected to report damages, provide digital photographs, and a condition report. Typically, you would be given 5-7 days to complete these assignments.

Interior Inspections: Includes a brief exterior and interior inspection of the property to assess the general condition of the home. You are expected to report damages, provide digital photographs, and a condition report. Typically, you would be given 5-7 days to complete these assignments.

Field Visits: Assist clients in re-establishing communication with their customers. You would attempt to hand deliver their customer a personal and confidential letter to the address they provided. In addition to hand delivering that letter, you would take photos of the home or collateral listed. You also would attempt to update the customer/co-signers contact information.
