? Responsibilities Include:
Basic property preservation (lock changes, winterizations, grass cuts, etc.)
Detailed photo documentation for each task
Providing damage estimates at properties
Staying alert for extra work opportunities on-site
Meeting strict deadlines and following task instructions
? Tools & Materials You’ll Need:
General tools & cleaning supplies
Landscaping equipment
Truck and trailer
Generator & air compressor
Stock of HUD locks, lumber, tarps, RV antifreeze, and more
