What You Will Be Doing

We handle a wide variety of property preservation needs. We are looking for pros who can tackle one or more of the following categories:

Property Maintenance & Cleaning:
• Bi-weekly grass cuts, tree/shrub trimming, and vine removal
• Debris removal and full trash-outs
• Janitorial and maid services
• Pool securing and regular servicing

Preservation & Securing:
• Lock changes, re-keying, and lockbox installation
• Boarding and re-glazing windows
• Winterizations
• Eviction assistance
• Property inspections

Repairs & Remediation:
• Roof tarping, repairing, and replacing
• Plumbing, drywall, siding, gutter, fascia, and soffit repairs
• Carpet removal/repair
• Mold remediation

Requirements for Success

To keep our clients happy and your payouts coming quickly, we require our contractors to follow a straightforward field process:
• Excellent Documentation: You must be willing to take clear "Before, During, and After" photos of all work. Note: All damage photos must include a tape measure in the frame to show scale.
• Reliable Communication: You must check in by calling us as soon as you arrive at a property and call to check out right before you leave the site.
