â— Lock Changes
â— Debris Removal
â— Lawn Maintenance
â— Snow Removal
â— Janitorial Services
â— Board-Ups
â— Submitting Bids for Minor & Major Repairs
â— Completing Minor & Major Repairs
â— Electronic completion and Submission of documentation
â— Taking clear pictures.

Contractors must use PPW (Training can be provided)
Contractors must have must have an Aspen Grove Profile with a valid Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) number. And valid Liability Insurance
