Hiring in NY, CT, VT, MA

We are hiring skilled contractors and experienced handymen for property preservation work. Responsibilities include taking detailed photographs to support work orders that meet client standards. We seek professionals with excellent communication and organizational skills who can complete tasks by specified due dates. Candidates must have their own transportation, tools, and equipment.

Preservation experience preferred not required.

Looking for New York (Capital District-Saratoga, Central New York, Catskills, Finger Lakes, Adirondacks, Hudson Valley)
Connecticut (Western, and Northwest Hills)
Massachusetts (Berkshire)
Vermont (Rutland, and Manchester)
Property Preservation work may include but not limited to:
Initial securing and bidding, lock changes and rekeying (with the allowance for additional on-site work), recurring grass cuts, debris removal, trash-outs, winterization, rehabilitation work, secure evictions, and various repairs such as roofing, drywall, and carpet.
Additionally, services may involve board-ups, janitorial and maid services, mold remediation, hazard removal, and any other major or minor repairs as needed.

Payment Policy: Direct Deposit 14th and 24th of every month.
