What are we looking for?
HomeTech Pro LLC is a property preservation and maintenance company that has worked proudly for more than 10 years in this industry. We are based out in SC. We have jobs in several states, including SC, GA, NC, IL, WI, MI, NY, and so on. We are spreading our business to cope with the high demand from the clients and we are looking for contractors who are able to help us stand out in delivering outstanding services to our clients.

Work types include, but are not limited to:
- Initial Secure
- Debris Removal
- Recurring Maintenance (Grass cuts)
- Winterization
- Landscaping
- Evictions
- Handyman Services
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- And many more!

All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1M

Experience with PPW is a plus. We expect proper communication via phone calls, text, and email. We also expect to keep the turnaround time within the first 48-72 hours on work orders.
