HomeTech Pro LLC is hiring preservation contractor in URGENT NEED in MS and LA.

We have been working proudly for more than 10 years in the industry based in SC. We are expanding our coverage to cope with the high demand from the clients and looking for contractors who are experienced and can stand out in delivering outstanding services to our clients.
We have a regular payment schedule of net 14 days.

Work types include, but are not limited to:
- Initial Secure
- Debris Removal
- Recurring Maintenance (Grass cuts)
- Winterization
- Landscaping
- Evictions
- Handyman Services
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- And many more!

Requirements & Expectations:
- Vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
- General Liability insurance of $1M
- Experience with PPW is a plus.
- We expect proper communication via phone calls, text, and email.
- The expected turnaround time is 48-72 from assigning.
