We are currently seeking some skilled and reliable preservation crews to join our team on an urgent basis.
As part of our property preservation efforts, the crew will be responsible for conducting a range of tasks, including lawn maintenance, inspections, re-securing properties, trash outs, and eviction assistance.

Responsibilities:
Perform regular securing, lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and weed control.
Conduct property inspections to identify and report any damages, hazards, or maintenance requirements.
Re-secure properties by boarding up windows and doors as necessary.
Perform trash outs, removing debris and unwanted items from properties.
Assist with eviction processes, including removing personal belongings and securing the property.

Requirements:
Previous experience in property preservation or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment operation.
Ability to identify and report property damages accurately.
Familiarity with re-securing procedures and tools used for boarding up properties.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
