Urgently Hiring Preservation Vendors in the State of Minnesota!!

We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation Vendors in the state of Minnesota.
We work with multiple Nationals and currently have foreclosed properties. We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties.
As soon as all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work from the very moment in your area/s.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment time is net 14 days for regular payment and 3 business days for express payment.
Compensation: Per Work Order Basis
Work includes but is not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. Electrical
6. Mold
7. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Trash-Out, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, etc.
8. Occupied Maintenances
Moreover, we are seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all this work and also pull permits when required.
Requirements:
1. Own equipment and tools to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
