Urgently hiring Property maintenance contractor covering KY,TN,CO,OK,KS

Xpert Field Services LLC is a property maintenance company located in Brooklyn, NY works with all the Industry giants like MCS, Servicelink, Five Brothers and private investors. We are urgently seeking experienced property preservation Vendors, General Contractors, Handyman in several states.
Must have smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Payments are made on every Wednesday for the work completed on previous week.
Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall etc)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Inspections
Mold remediation
Hazard removal
Immediate work is available for those with experience and for those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience).
