KUS Services LLC is currently seeking experienced property preservation vendors, general contractors, handyman, from all over of GA (Vendors from Coweta, Troup, Muscogee, Bibb, Dacula, Bartow) IL (Vendors from Peoria, Sangamon, Macon, Champaign, Iroquois, Kankakee, Vermilion, Macoupin) NY (Vendors from Chemung, Cortlandt, Yates, Cayuga, Essex, Hamilton, Sidney, Orange, Rockland, Westchester) will get extra priority.
Requirements:
- Contractor must have their business insurance
- Must have the active aspen grove(#ABC#)
Jobs includes:
- Repair bid approval
- Debris Removal
- Seasonal Maintenance (Grass cuts/Snow)
- Winterization
- Trimming work (Shrubs and trees)
- Securing Work
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
