Urgently Hiring Rehab, Repair and Preservation Vendors

Company: Apex Asset Management Group
We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors in Upstate and Central Michigan and the Full State of Wisconsin.
We work for multiple clients and currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company. We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties.
As soon as all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work orders from the very moment in your area/s.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment time is 10-14 days for regular payment and 3-5 days for express payment.
Work includes but not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. Electrical
6. Mold
7. Regular Preservation Repair
Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all these work and also pull permits.
Requirements:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number
