MJ Works LLC is looking for seasoned vendors with adequate property preservation experience in Pittsburgh, PA

We are also hiring preservation vendors in the following counties of PA:

Adams, Allegheny, Beaver, Bedford. Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Jefferson, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mercer, Mifflin, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Somerset, Union, Washington, Wayne, Westmoreland, Wyoming, York


We work mainly on pre-foreclosure, foreclosed, and REO properties and a few rental properties as well. We have been working with multiple national clients and we are growing fast as a new company. Our payment policies are flexible with options for the vendors. We prefer to pay as a direct deposit to a bank account(ACH) so as to speed up the process of due invoices payment.

Rehab/remodeling crews are getting preference. Should have experience in remodeling and repairs to turn a property "Move-in ready"

Preservation vendors should be able to do the following:

• Landscaping (Grass cuts/lawn care/trimming etc.)
• Recurring sales clean/Janitorial/maid service
• Winterization
• Securing
• Trash out/Debris Removal
• Repair/Rehab work
• Roof replacement/repair/tarp
• Demolition of Structures
• Lockout


We do not require any special license (i.e. Home Improvement, Roofing, Electrics, Plumbing, etc.) for the contractors but having one would be an added advantage. Interested vendors must have the following to start working with us:

 A valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number
 Certificate of Insurance (General Liability) up to $1 Million Dollars
