Silver Wolf Property Solutions LLC is looking for experienced property preservation contractors to partner up with.
We are currently needing contractors in Bibb, Crawford, Peach, Houston, Twiggs, Wilkinson, Baldwin, Jones, Monroe and neighboring counties.
Contractors must have their own tools, equipment and supplies (such as lockboxes, HUD locks, anti-freeze, etc.) and must be able to take on work such as grass cuts, securing/re-key, winterization, repairs/maintenance, trash-outs, bid approvals, etc.
Payment Terms: Net 14 Days.
Contractors must have their own active Aspen Grove Background Check number and must be familiar with PPW.
