We are currently working with Nationals directly but we have a plan to expand even more. As we expand our operations, we seek driven and positive contractors to join our dynamic and successful business culture. Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs.
- Landscaping Maintenance
- General Maintenance
- Occupied Maintenance and Turns
- Eviction
- Securing works (Lock Changes)
- Meet and Greet
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs and Handyman works
- Janitorial
- Trash outs and HUD exterior clean-ups
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

* To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to possess an Aspen Grove ABC number and maintain a General Liability insurance of $1 million.
