We are seeking experienced property preservation vendors in the following states NY,NJ,MA, NH,OR, PA,WA. We work with multiple clients and cover entire state.
Work includes but not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair/Renovation
2. Lawn&Landscaping Maintenance
3. Trashout
4. Winterization
5. Snow Reamoval
6. Securing
7. Roofing
8. Plumbing
9. HVAC
10.Electrical
11.Mold
Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all these work and also pull permits.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment time is 10-14 days for regular payment and 3-5 days for express payment.
Requirements:
1. Must have own equipments to perform work.
2. Liability Insurance up to $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number
