VSL Property Maintenance is currently seeking experienced property preservation vendors in several states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Contractors have to have knowledge and understanding of HUD and FHA guidelines, that can provide quality results in a timely manner. Experience on PPW (Property Pres Wizard) is appreciable.

Payment:
You will be paid on the first Friday after a span of 14 days from the submission of an work order.
You will be paid through ACH Direct Deposit, it usually take 2 - 3 working days to be deposited.
Keep your on time submission score above 90% to receive weekly payment.

Incentive:
$15 additional payment will be provided if detailed property condition photos provided along with detailed bid for all damages at that property on the first work order.
5% bonus on total invoice on the on time orders.

You must have the following:
> able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
> valid drivers license with auto insurance
> general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
> must be able to use PPW
> must be able to utilize email
> must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
> must be able to bid any/all damages
> must be able to photograph and document work
> turnaround time is 48-72 hours
> must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to follow work order instructions.
