VSL Property Maintenance is currently seeking experienced property preservation vendors in several states: New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, Maryland and Delaware.
Contractors have to have knowledge and understanding of HUD and FHA guidelines, that can provide quality results in a timely manner. Experience on PPW (Property Pres Wizard) is appreciable.
Work orders can be assigned right away. We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. Wait time to receive payment after completion of work is 10-14 days for regular payment.
You also must have the following:
> able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
> valid drivers license with auto insurance
> general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
> must be able to use PPW
> must be able to utilize email
> must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
> must be able to bid any/all damages
> must be able to photograph and document work
> turnaround time is 48-72 hours
> must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to follow work order instructions.
