We are a rehab & mortgage property maintenance company in the USA. We are urgently looking for Property Preservation Crew/General Contractor/Handyman/Plumbing & Electric Specialist for MCS- Mortgage Contracting Services LLC & remodeling work orders for Maryland Market.
Currently, we need assistance for the following counties in Maryland:
1. Dorchester County
2. Wicomico County
3. Worchester County
4. Somerset County
Scope of including but not limited to-
1. Remodeling
2. REO and P&P work
3. All maintenance & repair work
4. Eviction
5. Demo work
6. Trash out
7. Securing/Lock Changes/Boarding
8. Winterization
9. Landscaping
