**Urgently Looking for Property Preservation Contractors**

ARM Property Maintenance Inc. is looking for experienced contractors with property preservation experience in the areas mentioned.
We work on pre-foreclosed, foreclosed, and REO Properties. We work with multiple nationals and we are growing quickly. We pay through direct deposit and we also offer Fast Pay to ensure quicker payment of all work orders when fully completed. We need 48 to 72 hour turnaround times on work orders.
Interested candidates should be able to complete most of the following tasks:
* Landscaping services (Grass cuts, lawn care, edging, trimming, etc.)
* Sales Cleans/Maid Service
* Securing
* Lockouts/evictions
* Trash outs/Debris Removal
* Winterizations
* Snow removal
* Repairs and Rehab work
* Roofing (Tarp, repair, replace)
* Structure Demolition
No special licenses are required but if you have one would be advantageous. Experience with PPW is a plus. Proper communication through phone and email is mandatory. Must be able to photograph and document all work. All candidates must have a Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number and General Liability and E & O Insurance.
