Evergreen Landscaping Services has already established a formidable reputation in the preservation industry, earning recognition as a prominent preservation company over the past five years. Looking ahead, our vision is to propel Evergreen to greater heights and stand out high among other competitors.

We are currently working with Nationals directly but we have a plan to expand even more. As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking driven and positive contractors to join our dynamic and successful business culture.

Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Landscaping Maintenance
- General Maintenance
- Occupied Maintenance and Turns
- Eviction
- Securing works (Lock Changes)
- Meet and Greet
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash outs and HUD exterior clean-ups
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to possess an Aspen Grove ABC number and maintain a General Liability insurance of $1 million.
