Evergreen is a regional property maintenance company that has been working with nationals and realtors for more than 8 years, and we aim to grow even further. As we expand, we are looking for driven and positive contractors to join our network. Evergreen invites you to become part of our statewide network of independent service partners, committed to delivering property services efficiently and on time while helping Evergreen bring a shine to communities.

We’re expanding and looking for experienced vendors who can handle:
• Property Preservation, General maintenance, repairs, and rehab

✅ On-time payments (bi-weekly ACH)
✅ Long-term partnership opportunities
✅ Steady workflow

Requirements:
• Must be experienced and understand HUD/GSE preservation guidelines
• Must know the photo requirements for each work performed
• Must have basic tools, lawn equipment, a smartphone, and an Aspen Grove background check (ABC #) IC01
• Must be fully insured (General liability insurance policy of $500k-$1 million.)
• Must understand SLAs, client deadlines, and maintain effective communication (via text, email, or phone). We encourage and reward effective communication and timely project completion.
