Silver Sand Property Management LLC is urgently seeking experienced and reliable Turns, Renovation, Repair, Rehab & Rental Contractors to join our team and assist with various property maintenance and improvement projects throughout the entire state of Georgia.

As a contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of property turnarounds, renovations, repairs, and rehabilitation projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property assessments to determine the scope of work required for each project.
- Execute turns, renovations, repairs, and rehabilitation tasks according to established project guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate and ensure work, quality, timeliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Regularly communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to the project management team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Turns/Renovation/Repair/Rehab & Rental Contractor, preferably in property management.
- Proficient in various construction trades, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and landscaping.
- Valid contractor's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel across the entire state of Georgia as needed.
