Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Eviction
- Securing works (Lock Changes)
- Meet and Greet
- Winterization

- Landscaping Maintenance
- General Maintenance
- Occupied Maintenance and Turns
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trashouts and HUD exterior clean-ups

-Plumbing
-Mold Remediation and more!
Requirements:
-Must have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
-General Liability insurance coverage of $1 Million.
