We’re hiring!

Currently seeking contractors and/or handyman to complete various work orders in Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. Please contact us if you’re reliable, hardworking, willing to travel if need be and able to start immediately!

Are you comfortable taking pictures: before, during, and after to document your work progress?

You must be able to supply your own vehicle(s), tools, equipment such as: lawn mower, blower, trimmer, drill, generator, air compressor, and smart phone.

Do you have prior experience? If so, you must have or willing to obtain the following:
• Submit and pass an Aspen Grove background check or already have an ABC #.
• Valid driver’s license
• General Liability insurance and Errors & Omissions insurance.
• Experience using Pruvan App or willing to learn (Must be able to photograph and document every work order).
• Must be able to utilize email.
• Required to complete work orders timely, efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Must have proper equipment (locks, lawn mower, air compressor, generator, etc.).
• Turnaround time is 24-72 hours.

Work orders can include but not limited to:
• Securing the property
• Inspections
• Debris/trash removal
• Winterization
• De-Winterization and pressure testing of plumbing systems
• Lawn maintenance with tree/shrub trimming
• Landscaping
• Lock changes
• Lock box installation
• Board ups of broken windows & doors
• Interior cleaning
• Snow removal
• Minor Repairs
• Evictions
• Cash for keys
• Pool maintenance
• Snow removal

Also seeking licensed specialty contractors (General Contractor, Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

Supplies purchased by the contractor include: knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock-boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
