Vendor in NJ needed for HUD properties

Hello, I am with MB Field Services, we are a regional provider out of Atlanta, with contracts with direct banks.
We are looking for a local NJ vendor to complete our orders. We actually only have a few, I would say 1-2 a week. But they are HUD properties so we are doing recurring grass cuts, evictions and preparing it for conveyance for a direct bank client.
