⚡ What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Lock change, Winterization, Pressure test, Lawn maintenance & Debris removal.
✔️ Roof work, Floor work, Pool cover, Drywall removal & Mold remediation.
✔️ Window reglaze, Door change, Fence installation & Maid service.
✔️ Taking clear before-during-after photos of every task.
✔️ Full property clear interior and exterior photos to submit bids.
✔️ Following MCS guidelines and meeting deadlines.

🛠️ Required Tools & Equipments;
✔️ General tools & cleaning supplies.
✔️ Landscaping equipment.
✔️ Generator, air compressor & standalone gauge.
✔️ Common preservation materials (HUD locks, tarps, lumber, RV antifreeze, etc.)

💰 We offer:
✔️ Weekly payment every Monday (Direct Deposit, Zelle)
