Requirements:

• Valid ABC#/Shieldhub Report (IC01, IC02) (Required for PP/REO work) or Valid Background check report.
• General Liability Insurance 1M.
• Experience with PPW, taking detailed photo documentation, and bidding on damages.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.
