• Current General Liability Insurance.

• Experienced with PPW (Property Pres Wizard).
• Detail-oriented photographer (must follow photo instructions strictly).
• Proactive bidder: Ability to scope and bid all visible damages.
• Speed and Quality: Must meet turnaround times.
• Responsive communication.
