VENDORS NEEDED -REPAIRS/SECURES/TRASH OUTS/GRASS CUTS-REO/P&P

We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, repairs (roof and other), bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans, and tree trimming. Must have a smartphone to document before, during, and after stages of work, tools, and lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use PPW app to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background (need to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand, or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results daily, which also includes on or before your due date.

Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowables for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof,drywall,carpet etc)
Painting
REO rehab work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard removal
We currently have crews in the area but are experiencing a large growth. Immediate work is available for those with experience who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. We can do training for those with less experience (must have some basic experience). As mentioned, you must be able to turn in results on time, as timeliness and accuracy are crucial to increase your volume and on-time payments.
