We are looking to expand our team of dedicated contractors to perform quality preservation work in the states of CA OR WA CO MT NJ NY PA LA AZ TX ID
We are looking for more vendors in each state completely.
This is a 1099 position and contractors must have the following:
-Trailer/Truck (Reliable transportation)
-Digital Camera/Smart Phone
-Computer with a reliable internet connection
-General Liability Insurance
-Great Communication
-Pass a background check
-Knowledge/experience of the preservation field
-Meet deadlines
Contractors must be able to complete the following order types:
-Occupancy Inspections
-Debris/Trash Removal
-Initial Secure (changing locks)
-Grass Cuts
-Winterization
-Boarding (doors, windows, etc.)
-Provide bids
-Cure violations/damages if needed
-Much More
