We are a property preservation regional offering flexible payment for you. We ensure on-time payment via Direct Deposit and Rush Pay for fully completed orders with a turnaround time of 48 to 78 hours.
**No special licenses are required of the candidates but having one would be advantageous. Experience with PPW is a plus**
Basic requirements:
1. Work experience with the following tasks-
• Various landscaping duties (Grass cuts, lawn care, edging, trimming, etc)
• Sales Cleans/Maid Service
• Securing
• Lockouts
• Trash outs/Debris Removal
• Winterizations
You will get an advantage if able to complete-
• Repairs and Rehab work
• Roofing (Tarp, repair, replace)
• Structure Demolition
2. Must be able to photograph and document all work.
3. Strong communication skills through phone and email are a must.
You must have the following-
• Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number
• General Liability and E & O Insurance
