We are excited to announce we are expanding our services to serve all throughout the North Eastern States of the USA!

Crown Field Services is seeking an experienced and qualified field employee to perform maintenance and preservation jobs on our vacant residential homes.

We are currently looking to add contractors in the North East, specifically in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania to our growing network of qualified and skilled contractors. Applications are available now for ongoing and recurring work. We are looking for someone experienced and knowledgeable in home improvement and maintenance. Past experience in the preservation or REO world is a plus. If you have HUD or FNMA experience, please let us know.

Founded in 2010, Crown Field Services LLC is a New York-based Property Preservation contracting company that provides a full range of Property Management, Preservation, REO and Renovation Services.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
-Cover at least one full county
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Next day turn around on work orders
-Aspen Gove ID background check
-Own truck(s) or cargo van(s)
-Excellent communication via phone and email
-Commitment to quick turn around with quality work
-Be proficient in using a smartphone, camera, and computer with internet
-Posses all necessary tools and equipment to complete the listed jobs on the work scope
