- Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail/Replacement, Window Re-glaze/Replacement, etc.)
- Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition, etc)
- Eviction Services
- Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
- Winterizations
- Prepare Bids & Reports.
We make sure that our vendors are satisfied by paying them weekly basis and now we also started a payment plan if the work order is worth more than $500 and if it’s done properly we make sure the payment is done by 48 hours.
