Responsibilities:
* Conduct lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and weed control.
* Inspect properties to identify and report damages, hazards, or maintenance needs.
* Re-secure properties by boarding windows and doors as necessary.
* Perform trash outs, removing debris and unwanted items from properties.
* Assist with eviction processes by removing belongings and securing the property.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in property preservation or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
* Ability to identify and report property damages accurately.
* Familiarity with securing procedures and tools used for boarding up properties.
* Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy items.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
