Weekly Pay For All Subcontractors - Must be experienced

We are looking to expand our coverage into Washington and Oregon .

Willing to perform standard preservation duties/tasks including but not limited to:
Winterizations
Lawn Maintenance
Debris removal
Lock Changes
Initial Services (including sales clean)
Boarding
Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition
General/Minor household repairs, etc
Must have own transportation and form of reliable communication with office staff
Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports, photos, bids, etc)
MUST know and understand the importance of due dates and meeting deadlines on time) Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary locks, materials needed on regular basis, etc
