Trash out, debris removal interior and exterior, secure property (lock changes, minor repairs, secure and clean pools, lawn maintenance on foreclosure residential and commercial properties. Will also do security checks for recommendations to limit property damage.
Experience: 10 + years in minor residential and industrial repairs and trash outs and debris removal.
15 years Law Enforcement and security checks and still hold a current Texas Peace Officers license.
