We are a fairly new start-up company; however, we have greater than 25-years of real estate experiences----property preservation industry.
We currently have staff of 4-men, a box-truck (14 ft.) and various equipment to provide a range of services such as:

•Yard & Lawn maintenance/bi-weekly grass cuts
•Snow removal
•Janitorial/maid services/clean-ups
•Winterization
•Initial secures/lock changes/rekey
•Completing minor & major repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, plumbing and electrical etc.)
•Debris removal/trash outs/hazard removal
•Mold remediation
•Board-ups
•Evictions (filing complaints, summons and obtaining judgments)
•General handyman work
•We provide clear work-site pix and in-progress pictures (before, during & after), and
• property management services for one or multi-unit buildings, among other things.
