*Initial inspections: consists of cleanups and cleanouts. (debris removal)
*Secure property by changing locks, making sure gates are secure as well as detached structures.
*Provide lawn care and landscaping services as needed.
*Schedule, Inspect and produce a computer-generated report for the contractor.
*Keep updated reports for each home.
*Perform interior and exterior inspections and verify occupancy or vacancy.
*Provide photos of each home including damages, occupancy verification photos etc.
